The GIPO pulverisers with the two impact rockers, the infinitely variable rotor speed and the proven fully hydraulic drive concept are the core of the system. Continuously adjustable rotor speeds permit direct control of the crushed material. This economic drive system allows for processing of reinforced concrete, asphalt, demolition waste, natural stone, coal and blast furnace slag.

With the introduction of the Magotteaux vertical impact crusher, GIPO AG sets new standards also in the crushed gravel and crushed fines production. The fully mobile processing plant combines the proven GIPO combined system, the feed unit, the pre-screener, the final screening unit and the integrated oversize recirculation with a Magotteaux vertical pulveriser MAG’Impact. To produce several graded chippings, only one plant is needed when using this combined plant.

GIPO jaw crushers are compact, track mounted crushing units. The plants are suitable when recycling construction materials and also for work in quarries.

The single-toggle jaw crusher can handle hard stone. The desired grain size can be set comfortably and with precision using the hydraulic gap adjustment with setting plates. With the hydraulic drive, the crusher can start up with material in the feed opening and the speed can be set in an infinitely variable manner with a constant crushing force.

As with all GIPO plants, the fully hydraulic diesel drive system ensures lowest susceptibility to failures through dust, humidity and vibrations. The plants are powered by a large diesel engine with Stage IIIA rating and can process even the toughest rocks.

When using the feed channel with the integrated pre-screener, the fines content can be discharged on the side-mounted conveyor. With the separate pre-screener, the screen medium in the lower deck removes a graded product and also discharges this product to the side.

The jaw crusher plants are easy to transport and quickly ready for operation. The crawler drive allows for rapid change of application. Using the standard integrated remote control of the feed channel, the excavator operator operates the entire plant by himself.
